Who you are dealing with

By buying from us or using this site you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short on purpose.
What we sell
We sell a coaching program. It combines pilates and strength training and is delivered as a written plan, direct contact with a coach, an AI nutrition assistant inside your account, and an EasyFit Bar shipped to you.
The coaching is a recurring monthly subscription. The EasyFit Bar is a physical product included with your first month.
Price and payment
- Your first month is 40.00 EUR. From the second month it is 80.00 EUR a month.
- Payment is taken automatically each month on the same date until you cancel.
- All prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies.
- If a payment fails we will try again and let you know. If it keeps failing, access is paused rather than deleted.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account or by email, with no fee and no minimum term. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Full detail is in our Refund policy.
What the coaching is, and is not
This is training and general fitness guidance. It is not medical care, physiotherapy, or dietetic treatment, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
If you have pain, an injury, a medical condition, an eating disorder, an allergy, or you are pregnant, speak to a doctor or a qualified professional before starting, and follow their advice over ours.
You train at your own risk. Stop if something hurts and tell your coach. We can only work from what you tell us, so the health information you give us at sign-up needs to be accurate and kept up to date.
The AI nutrition assistant
The assistant gives general nutrition guidance based on the information in your account. It is software, not a dietitian, and it can be wrong. Do not rely on it for medical decisions. There is a fair-use limit on how much you can use it each day and each month.
Your account
Your plans, answers and progress are private to you and to your coach. Do not share your login. Do not share, resell or republish the plans we write for you; they are written for one person and licensed to you personally.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping within the EU is free. Orders are processed in one to three working days, then typically 7 to 15 working days for delivery. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
If something goes wrong
Write to alignifysupport@gmail.com first. Most things are solved in one message. Your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU are not affected by anything in these terms.
These terms are governed by Slovenian law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects an active subscription we will tell you by email before it applies, and you can cancel if you do not agree.
