Honest talk

What this is really about

You are not starting again because you failed. You are starting again because nobody built the plan around your life.

That is the part we fix first

Confidence is not vanity. Feeling strong in your own body changes how you walk into every room.

It is a real reason. Use it.

You should not have to be hungry to lose weight. If the plan makes you miserable, it was the wrong plan.

A deficit you can hold beats a deficit you quit

One login, not five

Your plan. Your progress.

A training app, a calorie tracker, a spreadsheet and a DM thread — replaced by one login.

The one rule that never changes

Fat loss only happens in a calorie deficit

  1. Your body burns a certain amount every day Breathing, walking, working, training — all of it costs energy.
  2. Food gives it back, but not quite all of it Eat a little less than you burn and part of the day goes unpaid.
    not covered
So your body pays the rest out of its own stores It has two places to take it from. Which one it takes from is the whole game.
Body fat
Muscle and the rest
where you started
  • Body fat — comes down This is the only part the deficit is meant to take from — the orange block shrinks, and that shrinking is what losing weight physically is.
  • Muscle and the rest — does not move Muscle, bone, organs, water. Training hard enough and eating enough protein is what holds this block exactly where it is. Skip those and it shrinks too — you get smaller, but softer.

That is the entire mechanism. Every diet that has ever worked did this, and nothing has ever worked without it.

Think of calories like fuel in a car

  1. A calorie is just a unit of energy Think of it as litres of fuel. Food is what you put in the tank — that is all a kilocalorie measures, how much energy something gives you.
  2. Your body burns fuel all day, even parked Heartbeat, breathing, keeping warm, thinking. A car idling still uses petrol; you still burn energy lying on the sofa.
  3. Put in less than you burn and it opens the reserve tank A car would simply stop. Your body has a reserve — body fat — and starts running off that. That is the deficit, and it is the only way fat comes off.

Keto / low-carb, Intermittent fasting, Fat-burner supplements, Cutting out a food group — every one of them only ever worked by making this same gap, and none of them works without it.

The honest part

Nothing you tried was wrong. It just ran out of road.

Every attempt starts the same way and breaks in the same place. Not from a lack of discipline — from the week nobody was there for.

Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 Week 6 Month 6

the fortnight almost every plan dies in

  1. Week 1 Everything works You are motivated, the sessions get done, the shopping is right. This part was never your problem.
  2. Week 2 The first bad week Work runs late, someone gets ill, a dinner appears. You miss two sessions and the plan has nothing to say about it.
  3. Week 3 Nobody notices This is where it ends. Not with a decision — with a silence. No message, no adjustment, nothing to come back to.
  4. What changes Somebody is watching Your check-in is due, so the missed week gets seen in days. The plan is rewritten around what actually happened, and you can pause without losing anything.

The plan is the easy half. Somebody noticing in week three is the half nobody sells you — and it is the one this is built around.

A logged meal What's in this?

Looks like a grain and vegetable bowl with avocado, chickpeas and greens. Rough estimate below — decent fibre, but it's light on protein, so I'd add a chicken breast or eggs.

We keep rewriting it until it fits

Not a single one-time swap — your coach keeps adjusting the plan for as long as it takes to get it right. We split the client list between us, so you get a coach's full attention, not a queue.

Free, no catch

Things worth knowing

Not a pitch for anything — just the stuff we end up telling every client sooner or later. Might as well be free.

Protein first, then the rest

It's the macronutrient that actually keeps you full. Aim for a source of protein at every meal — eggs, yoghurt, chicken, fish, tofu, whey — and the rest of your plate gets easier to manage on its own.

A bad night is an appetite problem too

Short sleep pushes your hunger hormones the wrong way — more ghrelin (hungry), less leptin (full). If a rough week has you starving by 3pm, that's not a willpower failure. It's biology. Protect the sleep before you try to out-discipline it.

Water is a real lever for your skin

Staying properly hydrated shows up in your skin — less dryness, better texture, more of a natural glow day to day. Along with sleep and eating enough protein, it is one of the simplest, most direct things you actually control.

Fibre is the free appetite tool

Vegetables, legumes and whole grains slow digestion and blunt the hunger swings between meals. If there's one meal a day where you're always hungry an hour later, that's usually the one missing something fibrous.

The workout you don't count

The walking, the stairs, the fidgeting through the day — across a week, that usually adds up to more than the actual training session does. A short walk after your biggest meal is a small lever with an outsized effect.

Read the ingredients, not the label

Food you could describe the ingredients of out loud tends to be more filling per calorie than food you can't. That's a more useful filter day to day than chasing whatever the front of the box calls itself.

How we actually set your calories

Not a generic calculator number. Your coach looks at your goal, your training load and your starting point, then sets a moderate deficit for fat loss or a small surplus if you're building muscle and want to stay lean — and adjusts it as your weekly check-ins come in, rather than locking in one number for months.

Visible veins are body fat and genetics, not a supplement

Vascularity comes down to three things: low enough body fat (roughly under 12–13% for men, under 18–20% for women, lower again if you want them standing out), some muscle mass to push them closer to the surface, and how thin your skin naturally is — which is genetic. Pump, hydration and citrulline give you a look for an hour, not a permanent change. The only lever that actually moves the number is the same one behind every fat-loss result: a calorie deficit.

Quitting smoking usually adds weight — do it anyway

Nicotine blunts appetite and nudges up the rate you burn calories, so when you stop, hunger comes back and that small extra burn disappears. Most people put on a few kilos over the first year and it catches them off guard. That is not a reason to keep smoking — nothing on the scale comes close to what smoking costs you. It just means the months after you quit are exactly when having a plan and someone watching your intake is worth the most.

Cardio is for the heart, not just the waistline

Your heart is a muscle, and steady cardio is what trains it. Two or three easy sessions a week — a brisk walk, a jog, the bike — lower your resting heart rate, raise the volume of blood each beat moves, and improve how well your blood vessels widen when you need them to. That is the part that shows up decades later, long after the mirror stops changing. It also raises how much you can burn without eating into recovery, which makes the deficit easier to hold.

Ten thousand steps is the floor, not the workout

The number itself was a 1960s marketing slogan, not a study — but the direction is right, and research since has found the biggest drop in risk happens as you climb from very low counts toward roughly 7,000–10,000. We set 10,000 a day as your baseline because it is the one habit that carries the whole plan: it burns more across a week than your sessions do, it keeps you moving on rest days, and it costs no recovery at all.

Eating around training: what actually matters

Before: something light and easy to digest, 30–60 minutes out — mostly carbs, go easy on fat and fibre so it doesn't sit heavy. A banana, toast, a small bowl of rice. After: protein and carbs together, within a couple of hours. The old “30-minute anabolic window” is mostly a myth — what actually matters is your total protein for the day, not how fast you eat after the last set.

I have seen a bar like this online for €25. Why is this more?

Because you are not paying for the bar. The hardware is a commodity and we will not pretend otherwise — similar bars exist for less, and if hardware is all you want, buy one.

What is not on that listing is a plan written for your week, a coach who answers when something hurts, and a program that changes every four weeks. That is what the price is for. The bar comes with it.

How do I know I will not just abandon this like everything else?

You do not, and anyone who guarantees otherwise is selling something. But the reason home equipment fails is almost never willpower — it is that nobody wrote you a plan for a bad week and nobody noticed when you stopped.

That is exactly what the weekly check-in is for. When you skip, your coach asks why and changes the plan, instead of leaving you to feel like you failed.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. The program works fully at home with the bar. If you do have a gym, the plan uses it for the strength days. If you cancel your gym halfway through, tell your coach and the plan converts to home sessions.

How much time does this take each week?

Three to four sessions, between 20 and 50 minutes. The home sessions are the short ones. If you tell us you have three 25-minute slots, that is what your plan is built from — we do not write a plan for a week you do not have.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You cancel before the next payment and keep access to the end of the month you paid for. The bar is yours to keep once the first month is complete.

Returns follow the standard policy: 30 days from delivery, plus the 14-day EU right to cancel, with the bar unused and in its original packaging.
