About FiberForge

Nobody built the plan around your actual week.

You have probably done this before. A plan that assumed four clear evenings, a diet that assumed you like chicken and rice, and nothing at all for the Tuesday work ran late. It held for two weeks.

We are your coaches. We write one plan that covers the gym, your living room and your kitchen, and we keep rewriting it every four weeks around what actually happened — not what the plan said should happen.

How this started

  1. The problem

Six years ago, training alone did not work

We started training because we did not like how we felt about ourselves. No plan, nobody checking — and most of that first year went nowhere. What eventually changed things was not a harder program. It was having something written down for the days that did not go to plan.

  2. The missing half

    Strength alone leaves you stiff

Five years of pilates sits behind that half of the program. It is the half most strength coaches skip entirely, and it is the one that keeps your back and hips working while the loads go up. Putting both in one plan is the whole point — not two subscriptions that never speak to each other.

  3. Why we built it this way

One login instead of four apps

Most coaching leaves you juggling a training app, a calorie tracker, a spreadsheet and a DM thread. We put the plan, the food side, your progress and your coach in one place, so nothing gets lost between them — and so we can actually see how your week went before we write the next one.

What we hold ourselves to

  • We say what we are not No certificates, no invented credentials, and a list on this page of who we cannot help. You should know before you pay, not after.
  • A person writes back Every check-in gets a reply from us within one working day. Never a bot, never a template.
  • The plan keeps moving Rewritten every four weeks from what you actually did. If something keeps getting skipped, it gets swapped.
  • Nothing you cannot hold A deficit you can live with beats a deficit you quit. If the plan makes you miserable, it was the wrong plan.

The two of us

Meet your coaches

You are not handed to an assistant. One of us writes your plan and one of us answers your check-ins — the same person, every week.

Strength, calisthenics, nutrition

Your strength coach

Six years ago I started training because I did not like how I felt about myself. I had no plan and nobody watching, so most of that first year went nowhere. It changed the day I stopped guessing.

That is the part I want to hand to you — not the six years, just the plan you were missing at the start. I also study medicine, which is where the reading habit comes from. It does not make me your doctor, and if you are in pain you should see one first.

Pilates and mobility

Your pilates coach

Five years of pilates, and I run that half of the program. It is the half most strength coaches skip, and it is the one that keeps your back and hips working while the strength work loads them.

Between us you get both — from two people who actually do both, every week, not just write about it.

  • Six years training
